Much of the work we've done is either for interal use only or has been done under non-disclosure agreements. Many times customers ask for this when they feel the processes being developed and implemented are trade secrets or provide them with some sort of a competetive advantage. The sites below are the publicly visible work that we've developed or co-developed.
-- Web sites --
Pennsylvania Organization Of Nurse Leaders (PONL)
This site was developed in collaboratioand with Omnikoz and is hosted and administered by LinuxForce. The Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL) was chartered to serve and support the growing number of nursing leaders in Pennsylvania. PONL management needed a new web site that would provide a content management system for dynamic and timely content updates. In addition, it neede to support the state-wide site and four separate regions - each with their own specific content and theme, if desired.
Medical Diplomats International
This site, nearing it's first release, is being developed in collaboration with LinuxForce and Omnikoz. It is being created for Medical Diplomats International, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing medical services to under-served patients around the world. Based on the open-source web framework Drupal, the site offers sophisticated functionality and is being constructed in stages to allow the supporting infrastructure to be developed and deployed..Kessel Associates
This is one of our earliest designs and was done under contract with Unique Systems Inc. of Wallingford, Pennsylvania. The pages are actually static but are built from template files by a perl script. The site host simply changes the data in a CSV "control" file and then executes a command line script to re-build the site's pages. No database was available which is why we chose this approach. It has worked flawlessly.
Business Architects LLC
Based on the attractive Aura web page exoskin, the site includes modifications to the appearance, menu enhancements, as well as complex image map models (see the examples page.)
Quinn and Wilson Realtors
This site was developed under collaboration with Tetra Strategic Communications. in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. The site was built on the Open-Source "Open Realty" platform. Tetra created the visual aspects of the site and we collaborated on the functionality enhancements. We created a highly reliable back-end data integration system that makes daily updates of the MLS data for the search function.
-- Site enhancements and additions --
Event registration application
This site addition promotes community outreach events. It allows for the addition of events, a registration form and survey, and internal per-event reporting.
Employee training class scheduling system
This application allows more than a thousand employees to schedule company training classes. It includes sophisticated scheduling capability with an easy-to-use calendar-based interface, advanced email notifications, class rosters, and attendance reporting capabilities. A complete administrative back-end provides full control to the staff allowing them to change, add, and delete classes, adjust schedules, set notifications, and access reports.
Feedback system
This system provides a standardized feedback frame which is inserted into each article in the customer's web site. Each comment is recorded along with a link to the page it references, and the ranking. The application includes anti-spam capability to effectively reduce "comment spam".
Academic activity system
This system, currently under development, will allow the tracking and display of academic activities for hundreds of professionals. It is designed to integrate with and support the customer's primary site.
-- Other --
Other customers include a major leasing company, a multi-state insurance broker, other web design and consulting firms, a major non-profit school for the handicapped, and two major hospital chains.
